Our Roasting Process

We carefully roast all of our coffees in small batches. We feel that by removing the automation aspect of modern large-scale roasters, we are able to give our attention to the drying, development and finishing stages of the roasting process to ensure the best possible result in the cup.

Our Espresso Nectar Blend and Ethiopian Sidamo Coffee have received Silver Medal & Bronze Medals at the Golden Bean North America Roasting Competition in 2017 & 2018. We are proud to announce our Brazil Swiss Water Decaf earned a Silver Medal at the same competition in 2024.
